Q: The Wi-Fi seems slow — what can I do?
🔌 First, try this: Disconnect and reconnect to the Wi-Fi network Toggle your device’s Airplane Mode on and off Move closer to the main router (usually in the living room) 🚫 Avoid streaming or downloading on multiple devices at once — this may affect speed.
Q: Can I work remotely from here?
Absolutely! 💻 The home is equipped with reliable high-speed internet and a cozy workspace. Great for video calls, emails, and Netflix breaks 😉
Q: What if a device isn’t working?
Most issues can be fixed by restarting the device or checking connections. If problems continue, message us and we’ll help.
House Rules
Max 16 Guests Allowed
Our space is designed to comfortably host up to 16 guests. Please don’t exceed this; it keeps things safe, legal, and enjoyable for all.
No Smoking Indoor
To keep the air fresh for everyone, please refrain from smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is fine — just dispose responsibly.
Quiet Hours (Peace is Golden) : 10 PM – 7 AM
Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Think of it as a time for winding down, stargazing, or soft background music.
No Food or Drinks on pool or air hockey table
To avoid spills or damage, please keep food and drinks off the pool and air hockey tables.
No Parties
Planning a gathering? Let’s chat. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, but we’re happy to help you plan something with permission!

Only pour water on the sauna rocks — no oils, drinks, or other liquids.
Set temperature no higher than 190°F (90°C).
Always sit on a towel to keep benches clean and comfortable for everyone.

Short blackouts can happen. ✅ Verify other houses nearby also lost power. => 🛑 Find for a main breaker box (Laundry room in basement) 📲If needed, call your host for guidance
